Lynn holds a masters degree in Speech Pathology from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans, and a bachelors degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. Her SPHR credential, awarded in 1994, certifies that she has mastered the knowledge and practical experience necessary for successful senior level Human Resources management. In addition, Lynn holds numerous certifications in the areas of management and team development, including the Lominger Leadership Architect suite of tools for core competency identification and development.
